10:30 am at the prayerhouse

It's half-past-ten on a Sunday morning and the New Covenant Church is getting together at The Prayerhouse. A few volunteers have been there since around 9am getting things ready,  the musicians have been warming up and there are people at the door to greet you. Welcome to The Prayerhouse!

all together - the family of God

We see Christans as beeing a large family and so the meetings are quite informal, like a family get-together. For the first part of the meeting we are worshiping altogether; children, adults and youth. Usually there are people helping the children (especially younger ones) to take part in worship rather than just watch. Worship is sometimes quiet, sometimes exuberant, always finding ways to worship Jesus.

After singing and worship the children and youth go to their groups. We have Sunday School for school age children and Mobilise for youth. There are also facilities for young children.

For the adults we stay to hear what our Father God is saying. Following this there is often a chance to respond in some way such as being prayed for.
